A primary care provider serves patients of all ages. My services include
care of acute and chronic illnesses, checkups for the entire family, routine pediatric care, immunizations for children and adults, physicals for school sports and truck driving permit (DOT), well woman exams and routine gynecological care, family planning services, laboratory services, minor surgery, referrals to specialty care and community resources, behavioral health services, and on-call emergency coverage.
