Objective:

My objective covers a few areas in regards to being an Escrow Officer. To obtain a permanent position as an Escrow Officer, in a stable company where I can utilize and expand my proven abilities. I have been in the Escrow business for approximately 12 years. My strong points are to be an employee that takes personal pride on each Escrow file. Since I am certified by the DOC as an Escrow Manager, I ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures are met. I expose my self to what’s new in the business…like they say, “If you’re not learning every day your competition is”. I accept every escrow transactions as my everyday GOAL! I know that my maintaining loyal and new clients, building solid customer relationships, and keeping a professional business reputation makes me an asset to the industry. I know the value of credibility. I know that understanding and overcoming objections and everyday obstacles are a must. My knowledge and willingness to help others makes me that much more valuable. I have the ability to solve problems and can provide answers, and to provide the right answers you must have superior knowledge about what you do and explain it in terms that can be easily understood by the client. My duties were to a work as a professional with established policies and procedures to accurately open, process, and close escrow transactions. Develop customer relationships, maintains business by demonstrating professional customer service, communication and always maintaining the client. Some of my responsibilities included monthly manual reconciliation, prepare escrow instructions presented to buyers/sellers and borrowers, process the complete escrow, such as review preliminary title report, clear demands and liens, order insurance and coordinate time of funding, and recording. Then finally balance file and disburse funds with closing packages. Communicates accurately, timely, and effectively, carries out written and verbal instructions. Executes branch business development plans, may contact brokers, real estate agents, builders, attorneys, lenders and other customers to solicit business and ascertain various type needs, active in industry related functions, provides educational support to clients, provides leadership, training, and I enjoy ever minute of it.
