PROJECTS:
Wireless Laundry Sorting System (CATIA V5/R18):
The objective was to design the Laundry System in CAD tool (CATIA) and Integrate with electronics circuit.
MRPDSS (Industrial Engineering):
The main objective of the project is to develop a Decision Support System that helps a shop floor manager in the production planning of two products, Alpha and Beta, for which orders are placed in variable quantities throughout the week (Minitab).
Crashworthiness and Occupant Safety in FMVSS208, NCAP, Pole car impacts, Head-to-Head impact:
To study the performance of individual part & the automobile in a crash using Finite Element Method (LS-Dyna).
Equal Channel Angular Extrusion (HyperMesh/Abaqus):
The technique is able to refine the microstructure of metals & alloys, thereby improving their strength.
Flip Chip Package:
To predict the fatigue life of solder balls in completely and incompletely filled flip-chip packages to understand the effects of under fill material (In the application of thermal loading cycle).
Six Sigma Project:
Reducing casting defects in an automotive engine using DMAIC methodology.
