Interact with the all managers and project engineer relating to RFQ, RFI and other document control issues. Attend all project and safety meetings as required. Knowledge of state and Federal regulations for municipal utilities. Familiarity with the operational procedures and regulations of Oklahoma DEQ, Missouri DNR, Kansas department of health and environment.
Coordinate all the project activities from kick off to close out. Prepare engineering reports, estimates and feasibility studies. Assist in the preparation of planning documents for clients. Verify design computations and pipe analysis.
Preparing bid documents/specifications for medium to large construction projects. Review pay estimates, prepare change orders, present information to commission and city councils. Maintain business relationships with elected, administrative and community officials. Conduct pre-bid meetings and prepare estimates by calculating various statistical data/ quantity take-offs, material price lists.

Develop, implement, and execute a business development strategy for the Municipal department. Design build and Construction administration of $3.5M Sewer system and Lift stations for the US army Corps of Engineers at Fort Riley Kansas.
Designing, estimation, bidding and QA/QC of lift station and drainage calculations flow monitoring and sewer lines rehabilitation for Hawker beach and Cessna aircraft,
Designing, estimation, bidding and QA/QC of 66 Inches diameter water transmission main by micro-tunneling the interstate highway costing $6.5M, Length 1000 feet for the City of Wichita, Ks.
