Accepted challenge and identified the root cause in one month. Implemented alternate solution to bring reports in balance in 6 weeks with minimal jobs execution and cost savings of $1200 - $1500 per week slashing the project timeline from 6 months to 1 month. • Identified and resolved the gap in the Contingency disaster recovery process. Improved and implemented new process and proved that all data recovery for Consumer, Commercial and Commercial Revolve clients can be completed in 16 hours compared to old process of 40 hours. The improved and automated recovery process eliminated manual intervention of executing jobs and job abends. The process became less time consuming, less frustrating with correct schedules.
• Managed large scale high profile project with budget over $5 million to implement legal automated Bankruptcy process with significant modifications for Citicards RPL customers. Quickly built database of only active clients that had filed for the bankruptcy. Reduced manual labor by 90% with cost savings of $1300+ per week.
