• Successfully negotiated additional savings beyond competitive bidding for storeroom services provider contract obtaining $2.5MM in savings on $10MM annual contract.

• Negotiated patent rights for tubular sleeving technology to be included in the price of the supplier’s drawing package. $4MM value included in $350M purchase.

• Reached an agreement with a long term supplier for the continuation of existing equipment exclusively to Duracell, at the same time coordinated with the development of an agreement with new generation cell line development and design.
