• Manage a team of eight Implementation Project Managers

• Responsible for converting 120+ financial institutions annually across two platforms

• Responsible for process / procedures and quality assurance for implementations

• Serve as Sales Engineer as it relates to prospect clients

• Advise Sales on trending, best practices, product consulting

• On-site client presentations on products and project scope

• Serve as business analyst to product managers and cross functional departments

• Actively engaged in organization wide development to both improve existing products / processes as well as champion new products for additional revenue streams

• Oversee the conversion / implementation process from a competing EFT Processor onto our ATM / Debit Platform

• Responsible for building new financial institutions from an operational standpoint to include ATM installation, Debit programs, mainframe processing from transaction authorization to reporting Reg E information for audits

• Directly consult clients on settlement, balancing, fraud, debit marketing, and all additional area’s of financial processing / back office operations

• Well versed in technical areas such as frame relay circuits, IP and port configurations, router installations, and certifications of on-line message formats

• Lead extensive kick off calls with all parties involved to clearly define the project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities

• Directly responsible for managing all parties involved to include the client, multiple third party vendors and internal departments as well

• Travel (50%) to client sites to provide on site support
