Country CFO assisting the President in development of the subsidiary’s business and financial strategic plans, which included direct support to the marketing and production function. Responsible for accounting, treasury, internal control, capital and operating budgets, audit, MIS, material & supplies and operational/financial analysis functions.

Served as International Finance Director for Latin America Region for World-Renowned Risk Consulting Firm. Increased Cash flow Return on 38% by controlling regional projects asset base via acute financial management and operations business support.

Lead financial team deployment of key initial processes and implementation of financial systems for Latin American countries. Provide comprehensive training of financial internal processes, consolidated Scorecard reporting and drive key financial initiatives to support regional objectives.

Lead US Southeastern Region Finance and Operation of major public-traded Horticulture Corporation. Corporate Projects included Controllership area restructuring, New ERP transition, and lead Parent- Company mandated Organizational wide productivity and process Improvement initiative with Total cost savings of $10 Million.

Provided Strategic Partnership and directed financial alliances with supply management in support of all Latin American countries back office operations.

Lead two Joint Venture Due Diligence processes in Mexico and Argentina for Eaton Corporation International Division.

Lead Inventory and Scrap reduction program at Cutler Hammer of Puerto Rico Arecibo Plant. New procedures and protocol in inventory and scrap controls, reduced inventory and scrap losses by U.S $5 million.

Served as Treasury function liaison, between the International Division, Latin America Countries Treasury areas and Corporate Treasury. Key strategic areas of endeavor included: Transfer pricing issues, Foreign exchange risk management strategies, International Working capital matters. Spearheaded a 66 % decrease on Days Sales Outstanding (DSOs) through EDI purchase order and commercial invoice system to major retailers.

Lead to establish a New Venture and business concept from inception through development phase to become a steady-state operation in Curitiva, Brazil.
