- Supervise more than 1500 men on site; serve as the safety person and function as the QA/QC person
Key Contributions:
- Led the construction of two 10-story residential condominium project in Lahaina, Hawaii valued at $750 million
- Supervised daily operations of the project including monitoring of construction schedules, quality control, and safety

Contracting Engineer – B 490th Civil Affairs Battalion, North Babil Province, Iraq Mar 2005-May 2006
- Managed 155 reconstruction projects in North Babil Province valued in excess of $150.9 million involving project planning, proposals development, bids evaluation, and construction progress monitoring
- Spearheaded mobilization of local officials, city engineers, and subject matter experts to plan for infrastructure improvement of the area’s entire water network, which involved reconstruction of 50 water towers, 29 water treatment plants and 24 pump stations - water system overhaul project was the first in more than 30 years that resulted in resolving an old water issue that caused birth defects and medical ailments
- Coordinated the reopening of 41 kilometers of canals and waterways that provided water to 10,000 people, 600 farms, and countless livestock that led to significant increase in informant reporting of mortar and rocket attacks directed at base
- Provided vital engineering assistance to U.S. Army Civil Affairs teams in order to optimize management of reconstruction projects to achieve goals and foster civil military operations
