Job responsibility
Monitoring Production and keeping control over activities and analyzing processes
For stabilization thereby ensuring smooth operation..
By controlling all welding activities on shop floor using sophisticated welding techniques auto & semi auto such as saw welding, Gmaw welding, Smaw etc.
Knowledge of Mig and Tig welding.
Conducting rejection analysis & implementing / suggesting improvement for reducing rework in welding.
Optimizing production & manufacturing processes through effective control of man power .
Coordinating with third party inspections.
Supervision & ISO documentation.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, execution of production& maintenance activities.
Making preventive maintenance schedule and ensures its implementation.
Spare parts planning & indent spare parts for machines.
Responsible for safety work process on welding shop floor.
