Tartan Publish Company: Certified Medical Transcriptionist as of September 19, 2001 by the National Association of Medical Transcriptionists.

Columbus Technical School: Medical Manager software. Medical Coding ICD-9 and CPT coding for in-patient and outpatient. June 1999-June 2000. GPA = 4.0. Diploma. CCS. Also certification in Infinity software biller.

South Georgia Technical School, Business and Office Technology and Medical Secretary, graduated September 1994: GPA = 4.0 and was on President’s List. Courses included Business Communication, Interpersonal Relations, Typing I, II, & III, Microcomputer Fundamentals, Office Procedures, Machine and Medical Transcription I & II, Office Accounting, Psychology, and Medical Terminology and Anatomy.

Medical Transcription privately owned family practice, coding, billing, while going to school to specialize in Medical/Business and Office technologies.

Office Manager for a primary care physician. Oversaw a department of four employees, filing, coding and processing insurance (ICD-9, CPT codes), bookkeeping, typing, accounting, preparing monthly statements, daily deposits, collecting, handling day to day problems, data entry, answering phones, medical transcription, and doing multiple task.

Sumter Regional Hospital: Working at home full time typing medical transcription as an independent contractor for Sumter Regional Hospital. Type at least 120 words a minute. Hospital was destroyed during a tornado.
