I am not working as a nurse at this time. I have a seasonal fruit stand/store in Irrigon, Oregon that I am
owner of. I was working as a Per Diem RN on the Clinical Decisions Unit at Kadlec Medical Center in
Richland, WA until August 31 st 2011. I was hurt at my store with a back injury and had to quit my nursing
job to run the store full time which is what I have done since Sept 2011. I am 62 yrs old and 12 hr shifts
are too long for me now . We have also moved from Pendleton in Sept 2010 to Irrigon and we have been
building a house alongside the Columbia River. I fell 9’ at the house in March and fractured
(compression) L 4,L 5. It has been a slow recovery but now I am ready to do some more nursing, 8 hr
shifts only for the winter. I am available full time/part time and need a benefit package, as I have no
insurance,if possible. I am married to Stuart Dick, 65yrs old, who is semi retired and is building the
house. I am interested in this position as it would be closer for me and fits my experience and my skills,
passion and abilities. We do have a 3 week trip booked to Australia in March 2013 to visit my daughter
and 6 grandchildren. I open my store again in May 2012 but I have an employee that can open the store
if I am working elsewhere. I would like to be contacted for this position at 541-***-****.
