Clinical R&D

Coordinate and provide general administrative support to the Senior Director of Clinical Research and Development, including preparation of correspondence, memos, presentations and expense reports.

Maintain SOP and IACUC notebooks

Assist Clinical QC personnel with data pagination, copying and verification

Arrange with contractors for repair and maintenance quotes for equipment located at Research Centers

Obtain vendor quotes for new equipment purchases; assist with obtaining CPA/LPA approvals; arrange for delivery of rental equipment for use at the Research Centers

Tracking the status of studies that come through data management (Ex. Date entered, data audited, data sent to statistics etc.)
