I was responsible for managing the Quality Assurance testing efforts throughout the entire software development life cycle for web-based, mainframe and mobile applications. I monitored all quality reviews, all approved team deliverables, including all testing documentation. I managed the testing schedule, identified and created a resolution for all impacts to the development team and project plan, as well as manage the User Acceptance Testing effort and production roll out.

Responsibilities:

Attended all meetings for Project Scope and Project Planning, Business Requirements gathering and analysis, Detailed Design, Code Review, Test Preparation (including Use Case review and Test Script creation) and Impact Analysis review.

Created and maintained Test Plan, test scenarios, Test Scripts and Test Coverage Matrix for all types of testing performed. Ensured that all functional paths would be executed and all integration points hit. Testing scenarios were created from Use Cases defined by Business Analysts and signed off by users. Software Quality Control Lead Analyst

I provided guidance and advice for all technical aspects of a Retrospective Validation and Remediation effort. I monitored quality reviews and approved team deliverables including all testing documentation required by PDMA. I managed all aspects of the Validation schedule, identified and resolved all impacts to the development team and project plan.

Responsibilities:

Created functionality flow charts using MS Visio to ensure that all functional paths would be executed during test execution. Created and executed Test Scripts from design documents and functionality flow charts. Created Supplemental Requirements, Validation and Test Plans as well as Validation and Test Summary Reports. Generated Traceability Matrix to ensure that all Requirements were tested thoroughly and perform as expected.

Verified all Database changes using SQL Advantage. Tested the implementation of an audit trail on all required tables by 21 CFR 11.

Implemented Software Quality Control processes, methodologies and strategies for users, development and testing groups. Change Review Board meetings were held to review the impact of all changes requested either by a client, user or developer before changes were made and turn-over date was provided.

Worked closely with Users and Developers through the full life cycle of the retrospective validation project making sure all PDMA standards were met. All defects were documented, fixed and re-tested.
