Duties Performed: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of commercial buildings as well as the development stages of projects, some heavy equipment operation, ran multiple jobs at different locations. Golden Legacy is a senior living community with 6 buildings, 24 units each. I maintained the buildings, grounds, fencing, parking areas, appliances, and heating and A/C units. I was responsible for all service equipment including power tools, sprinkler systems, elevators and snow removal equipment. I reported directly to the owners daily and performed completion of all work orders and documentation. I enforced all OSHA, company, village and state safety code regulations of the buildings and maintenance to assure proper compliance.
