• Prepared the claim forms by using ADP system for workmen's compensations cases and systematized the filing system of cases to ensure quick retrieval, when needed
• Assisted in conducting the monthly new staff orientation program
• Packaged the in-service training modules in binders for use of the department heads in the annual training of their staff, courses including HIPPA, Sexual Harassment, Ergonomics, Safety, Residence Rights, etc.
