Job details:

 JOB TITLE: Yoga trainer

 JOB DESCRIPTION: Training people various forms of yoga including:

1. Primary Yoga: The beginners are prepared for doing the asanas by an initial evaluation of the needs as well as any limitations, which may hinder the practice of asanas in future.

2. Hatha Yoga: it concentrates on the practice of postures (asanas) & breath control (pranayama) to energize the subtle channels (nadis).

3. Ashtanga Yoga: a defined set of postures always done in the same order, which are combined with specific breathing patterns (ujjavi breathing). The purpose of this is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. It also improves flexibility, which allows the student to practice advanced asanas with reduced risk of injury.

4. Hot yoga: Hot Yoga is a series of yoga poses done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at a temperature of 40-45 degrees centigrade. A vigorous yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating which rids the body of toxins. It also makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible.

5. Prenatal Yoga: helping the mother overcome physical & emotional transitions that may challenge her during & after the course of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga helps in increasing overall strength, flexibility & well-being; reduces low back pain & sciatica; reduces aches & fatigue in the thoracic & cervical regions of the spine; reduces swelling & inflammation around your joints; aids in digestion; helps prepare her physically for giving birth; improves emotional well-being.
