Experience in troubleshooting and repair of various field instruments in Paper

Plants, Pulp mill, Boiler & Turbine and control systems such as PLC. Carry out periodic preventive maintenance, calibration and perform calculations with reference to the specified accuracy and generate and maintain the records accordingly. Maintain and troubleshoot the instrumentation that record, indicate, control and regulate the level, flow, pressure, temperature including control valves troubleshooting and overhauling. Read and interpret the documents related to instrumentation such as two wiring diagrams, loop complex loop diagrams, ladder logic diagrams, PID drawings and specifications of instrument

Devices and work procedures to perform major repair work. Generate a verbal and written report of the work performed.

1) Programming of Allen Bradley Micro logics, PLC SLC- 500 & FLUX LOGICS -5000, Panel View 300, Panel view 600 and developing SCADA by using RS View software Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of the Paper Machines, Power Boiler, Steam Turbines, disperser, Deinking Plant.

2) Prepared documentation regarding purchasing the field instruments, control valves, air compressor and PLC SYSTEM as per PID diagram of CHEMMA boilers & TREVANI by making comparison by quality & cost. Procurer all the instruments Erection & commissioning of Control Instrument of Power Boiler of Pressure 65KG/Cm^2of capacity 64 TPH and Siemens Makes steam Turbine of 10 MW (old purchase from Germany) by using PLC system of Allen-Bradley FLUX LOGIC - 5000 and SCADA by using RS VIEW and controlling the Turbine by WOODWARD make 505-E GOVERNER. Erecting & commissioning of D.M. Plant Analyzer like Ph, Silica, Conductivity

3)Overall responsibilities of Instrumentation including procurement planning scheduling & Implementation, inventory control and Routine maintenance related with Electronics and Pneumatics & Hydraulic system
