I have provided structural, civil and architectural design services since 1991 as a Designer / Drafter. My key responsibilities have included creating design drawings with the supervising, scheduling, starting and completion of work, monitor and record work progress, and construction field observation and inspections on all types of projects. I have been involved in the design and development at Al Udeid Air Force Base in Doha, Qatar in 2010. I have an extensive background in large multi-story buildings, parking garages, ports/waterfront, transfer stations and waste water type projects. I am currently with Halcrow, Inc here in Tampa, Fl working in the roadway practice area using Autocad Civil 3D for the last 3 months. Project Experience

Blue Plains Tunnel Project, Washington DC – Currently working on large industrial water project in the DC metropolitan area. This work includes all drafting work for the Poplar Point Shaft and Tunnel which connects into the Main Diversion structure. This work began June 12, 2011 and is currently progressing.

South QRA Facility Project, Al Udeid Air Base, Doha Qatar – Worked closely with our military client in developing design drawings for a top secret facility. These designs allowed the military to make critical decisions towards their master planning on base.

North Ramp Expansion, Al Udeid Air Base- Doha, Qatar– Worked closely with military client surveying and mapping data for large expansion to the northern most runways on base. Responsible for generating WSA, 391, Planning and Host Nation Maps for both the US Government and Qataris Government Work performed 2010-2011.

Manitoba Halon Replacement Project, Manitoba Province, Canada – Worked closely with client in developing 3d models using the aid of HDS scanning technology. Responsible for generating these complex models with great accuracy under very tight schedules. This work performed 2008 – 2009.

Northwest Transfer Station, Hillsborough County, Florida – Developed models of many different types of cranes and structures to create a top notch facility for transferring trash. These cranes help to aid in the ability of how efficiently these facilities operate.

South County Transfer Station, Hillsborough County, Florida - Worked on developing solutions for a miscalculated error to the compacting cranes to enable what was necessary for the compaction of trash into trucks below the tipping floor. The models I created were critical for the company to find the best solutions to this issue.

Englewood Water Treatment Plant, Englewood Colorado – Responsible for developing all modeling and design with the assistance from the engineers. Creating construction documents from these models with great accuracy. Coordinating with process mechanical on all design issues. The project came in well under budget and awarded for its design.

Athens WWTP Improvements – Responsible for developing all modeling and design with the assistance from the engineers. I created construction documents from these models with great accuracy. I coordinated with process mechanical on all design issues. The project was within budget and awarded in the city of Athens, Alabama for its design.

Marine Container Terminal, Portsmouth Virginia - Responsible for construction documents for a 3500ft. container wharf with a 45 ft. dredge depth. This contract work performed 2002 – 2006. Won awards for designing and developing the largest and deepest berthing port on the Eastern seaboard of the U.S.

Galveston Cruise Terminal, Galveston, TX - Assisted in developing construction documents for the modification of Wharf/Pier into a Fantasy class ship berth. Modifications include the resurfacing of pier deck, removal of old deteriorated timber structures, and the addition of new concrete/steel pile structures. Various utilities were relocated as well. This work performed 2004 – 2006.

Mobile Passenger Gangway, Port of Philadelphia and Camden, Philadelphia, PA - Responsible for assisting in the document development of a mobile passenger ramp with multi-level access landings for compliance with multiple classes of ships. Ramp is moveable via trailer hitch and designed to support full loading of queuing passengers. Varying access heights were accounted for by a moveable platform between landings. Work performed 2002- 2003.

Pier No. 2 Modifications, Port of Philadelphia and Camden, Philadelphia, PA - Assisted in developing construction documents for the modification of a historic Naval Pier into a horizon class ship berth. Modifications include the resurfacing of pier deck, removal of old deteriorated timber fenders, and the addition of new fenders. Various utilities were relocated as well. Work performed 2001 – 2003.

Slip No. 3, Port of Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, FL - Responsible for construction document development for a bulkhead wall to -35 ft. dredge depth. Assisted in the fast track construction document process. Assisted in utility relocation and plan specifications. Slip used a steel sheet pile wall with a drilled soil anchor tie back system and a concrete cap. At 700 ft. long and 260’ wide, this extension is a major addition to the port’s ships berthing capacity and container handling operations. This work performed 1994 - 1999
