* Employee Performance Review site created using ASP.NET (C#) and MS SQL Server database. Allows managers to complete employee reviews using a web-based interface.
* Converted existing DOS-based time sheet entry system to a web-based time sheet system that integrated with J.D. Edwards ERP compatible databases. Form used XMLHTTP technology (commonly called AJAX) to make calls to SQL Server for validation. Javascript DOM manipulation used to add new rows to the form.
* Changed benefits open enrollment to a web-based process where salaried employees could complete the forms using the company intranet
* Created a web-based project file management system. Users of the system can create projects, upload files, set access levels, and search for files using a web browser. Code was written in ASP and database access to SQL Server was made using ADO and SQL.
* Developed a company calendar for use on the company Intranet. Calendars were customized for each user based on location.
* Implemented a standardized drop-down menu navigation for company Intranet using DHTML. The navigation was added to each page using a one-line server-side include which gave the Intranet a uniform and consistent look throughout.
* Developed a DHTML “tree menu” file navigation system for project web sites. This replaced an ActiveX control which some users could not access off site because of firewall restrictions. The new menu used DHTML (Javascript and style sheets) which is not restricted by firewalls.
