oversight and coordination of Prime Contracts for General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, Site and

Roofing work. Year Construction Services Completed: 2011 – 2012

Construction Cost: $9M. National City Bank, 73rd & Stony Island, Chicago, IL. Project Manager

Scheduled and monitored all contractors and suppliers. Worked through winter conditions to complete
