• Reduced APO 1060 raw material costs by $300,000 annually.

Reduced annual finished product scrap by $120,000 annually.

Reduced labor and overhead costs from $.22 / lb to $.12 / lb. Annual savings of $900,000. Reduced film change over time from 35 minutes to 15 minutes.

• Designed and installed nitrogen generator system for increased safety and material degradation reduction.
