Head of Quality Assurance Department for Parallel flow condenser division.

Eliminate the Problem of Header Yellowish in PF Condenser - Undertaken the project under Advantec Coils Pvt. Ltd. – Nalagarh through Quality circle – Uddan by using 7 Problem solving Technique

Eliminated the problem of Burst Failure in Tube Condenser - Undertaken the project under Subros Ltd – Noida. Used 7 QC tools to eliminate the problem & results deployed horizontally.

Reduce Scrap cost of Pressure Low Condenser by Rework - Re-feeding of rejected Condenser in NBF in reverse direction after complete analysis does this.

Reduced PPM due to Cap Leak problem in Condenser from 2500 PPM to 500 PPM.

Active Member of Quality Circles to reduce the Rejection
