I have been in the Mortgage banking Business since 1983. In which time I have worked with several different Mortgage companies and have learned every aspect of the mortgage process, from origination through processing and onto closing. In 1990 I applied and became an escrow closer with the law office of Stanley E Stone, PS., In Kirkland, WA. In March of 1995 I moved to Newcastle, WY. In July 1997 I became a Licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Wyoming and started the business of Black Hills Mortgage Company, LLC.

Preparation of delivery packages for bulk commitments; coordination and directing

the pricing and funding of all loans. Accepting and processing documents requests

for the real estate brokers.

Directing and administrating all closings; supervising junior closers; preparing

Documents; directing post closing reviews; clearing conditions for funding and

Wire transfers.

Providing clients with information regarding the purchase, and refinance of their

Homes, drawing legal documents to clear title and disbursement of funds for payoff

As instructed by lender.
