Good Knowledge of material management.

Handling Sourcing activity for Meters Department & Other Project.

Vendor identification w r to BOQ and Specification

Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Registration.

Placement of Order to Finalized Vendor.

After receipt of quotation from vendor preparation of quote, make comparative statement for price.

Prepare purchase orders.

Follow Up to Vendor for Material Dispatches as per schedule mentioned in respective PO.

On receipt of approved MRV (Material Receipt Voucher)/GRIR preparation of Request for Payment to Supplier (RPS) due dates for payment based on Payment Terms mentioned in respective PO.

Follow- Up to accounts for release the Payment in time to Vendor.

Vendor identification wrt BOM for Electronic, Mechanical & Electromechanical parts.

Customizing different purchasing documents such as PR, RFQ and PO’s. Preparation of contracts, scheduling agreements, quota arrangements, external service management, release procedures and pricing conditions.

Having experience in SAP MM & ERP

Co-ordination with Production team and keep track of material flow.

Maintenance of ISO Documents.
