Director of Operations FCI Financial Services, May 2002 – June 2003

Medical accounts receivable company servicing 35 hospitals in the State of Ohio. Director of entire receivable base of $275 million that includes the following: Customer Service, Collections and Health Care. Increased receivable base by 20%, which included 4 new clients (hospitals). Created training guides for collection department, which are used on a daily basis to achieve optimum performance. With the help of IAT, installed new predictive dialer system that has increased job productivity by 30%. Prepare, plan and implement goals for customer and collection departments for benefit of both the company and the client. Also in charge of human resource issues (hiring, firing, and payroll) and all policies and procedures.

Created re-finance/work-out program to reduce overall delinquency by 4%. Increased receivable base by $9 million after implemented weekly training sessions with sales staff.

National auto company servicing 28 states. Supervision of 18 collectors at high-level delinquency stage (60-120 days delinquent). Reduced legal expenses by $475,000 while decreasing delinquency in portfolio by 6.75%. Developed re-finance program to cure high-level delinquency.

Branch Manager City Loan Financial, June 1994 – Dec.1998

Consumer loan finance company of approximately $18 million in net outstanding. Trained and managed staff in all areas of consumer finance: loans, mortgages, retail sales, insurance sales, collections and profit. Achieved over 100% profit goal in 3 consecutive years. Ran initial training (6 weeks) for all new employees within the district of 10 branches. 4 members of my staff were promoted to management positions.
