B. Worked as a Project Engineer ( HVAC, Plumbing & Fire fighting) with M/s Saudi Oger Ltd. Saudi Arab (Since August 2009 to Dec.2010)

C. Worked as a HVAC Project Engineer with M/s Sahara Air-conditioning Co. Kuwait (Since July 2005 to June 2009)

D. Worked as a Project Engineer HVAC (Design & Execution) with M/s Fairair India pvt.ltd. (Since Aug.2003 to June 2005)

JOB PROFILES:

• Assisting the General Manager in the Project Work from the beginning stage till the submission.

• Detailed study of scope of work, Specification, Equipment Schedule and BOQ (Tender) etc.

• Design of Mechanical System in two step(65% Design and 99% Design)

• Design Submission and Preparation of Design and Analysis Report to submit the client.

• Pump Head and ESP calculation for Pump & AHU selection respectively.

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and floating the enquiries to the venders.

• Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.

• Preparation of Workshop Drawing and Material submittal for consultant approval.

• Preparation of Daily & Weekly program based on one month look ahead program.

• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and One Month progress report.

• Preparation of the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings.

• Preparation of Work Method Statement as per specification and standard norms.

WORK EXPERIENCE IN DETAIL:

(A) During Tendering:-

• Reporting to General Manager - MEP

• Assisting the General Manager in the preparation of the tender from the beginning stage till the submission

• Attending Site Visits.

• Detailed study of the Scope of the Tender, Drawings, Schedule of Equipments, Specifications, Quantity take off and Estimation as per the bill of quantities for tendering purposes.

• Prepare questionnaire to the Consultant / Client in case of discrepancy in the tender documents.

• Preparation of bill of quantities in Excel format for Lump sum projects as per Principles of Measurements (International).

• Pricing of the complete job from the basic details, market and with latest plant, labor & material cost using Excel.

• All post-tender process for winning jobs including value engineering & supplier negotiation.

• Preparing Discrepancies between Tender drawings and Construction drawings, claiming variation to Consultant.

(B) During Execution:-

• Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.

• Prepare the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings.

• Preparation of workshop drawing and submit to consultant for approval.

• Preparation of material submittal for consultant approval.

• Coordinating with the back office staff and / or supplier towards timely delivery of materials on site.

• Supervision of Duct fabrications as per DW142 / SMACNA standards and its installation.

• Supervision of installation of HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting items as per standard norms.

• Participating in site meetings with client / consultant.

• Floating Request for Inspection of installations to Consultant and rectifying if any snag works / comments.

• Coordination with all other services like Architectural & Electrical, etc towards successful completion of project.

• Actively participating with third party during Testing and commissioning of Mechanical system.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC system for Electrical Control Building, Diesel Generator Room and Header & Valve Chamber of Pumping Station-C with Complete HVAC works comprising C.A/C unit having capacity of 15 Tr.along with Ducting, Insulation, Smoke Detector, Motorized Fire Damper & Building Automation system for all HVAC equipments.

** UPGRADING OF A/C INSTALLATION AT AL-TAMEER BLD. -KUWAIT

KOC CONTRACT NO.-29128

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC system comprising 4 Nos.of Air cooled chiller(550 TR) ,4 Nos.pump, 7 Nos AHU,with electrostatic filter,UVC emitter & Ionization generator, pre insulated BS pipe, Exhaust/Ventilation fans and BMS.

** KUWAIT OIL COMPANY –AHMADI KUWAIT

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Package unit of capacity of 20 Tr.for the New PMC Office at Al Tameer Annexes, KOC.

** DAELIM INDUSTRIAL CO. LTD-KUWAIT

Worked as a HVAC project engineer with Daelim company on project Replacement of 9 crude filling line comprising Supply & Installation of 2 Nos.Central Split unit Along with required refrigerant piping connection work, ducting,BMS at RMU Substation and Local control room of Burgan area.
