a) RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Overall process control of POY, texturised, twisted and other specialty yarns.
2) Maintenance of texturising, twisting and draw-winder machines
(Mechanical Dept.)

b) ACHIEVEMENTS :
1) Streamlined process parameters for chips drying, POY spinning and dope dyed yarns & their further processing with an eye on the export market.
2) Successfully produced PLA POY and its processed yarns on commercial scale.
3) Created and maintained Data-Base for process parameters and test properties of chips, POY and all processed yarns.
4) Attended fabric complaint at prestigious automotive fabric manufacturer’s plant in France and made improvements in the product quality.
