Head of NPI Lab Boysen. Primary focus is on supporting production by developing process procedures of newly formulated products from R&D. They are responsible for seeking marketing approval of the product’s specification and evaluating new product’s quality in terms of its reliability and actual application.
• Utilize a systematic approach for analyzing data gathered from pilot and actual production test run.
• Develop proposals for process improvement, cycle time & power cost reduction in support to manufacturing.
• Responsible to effectively conduct studies of various solutions to resolve problems if requested by production.
• Evaluate, track and report progress and results and recommend major changes in manufacturing procedures.
• Conduct process capability studies. Drive process improvement efforts to increase quality, efficiency, and increase machine utilization.
• Work with engineering department (maintenance) to support introduction of new products to manufacturing by making sure that the equipment to be use are capable of its requirements.

Quality Control Engineer (1999) is responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of products by ensuring conformance and accuracy on testing procedures and consistency of equipments. She is primarily concerned with determining quality consistency and variability through preparation of summaries of evaluated data from documented test results and then suggests changes in how products may achieve the best quality possible. She also takes challenges to determine the causes of product defects that may be found and then develop methods for reducing its occurrence
