Held full responsibility for this 2-Plant operation (MD & NC) well established "best in class" quality soldering / rework tools and systems…in support of the Printed Circuit Board Industry.

Coach, mentor, and supervised 4+ direct reports (Plant Manager, Machine Shop Supervisor, Material and Assembly Leads) and up to 40+ indirect reports (Assembly, Shipping & Receiving, Stockroom, Maintenance and Quality Assurance)…ensuring operational excellence.

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of estimates/invoices, and optimal performance of production equipment. Interact with customers regarding scheduling of deliveries and resolving quality issues.
