As an established and fully licensed European Slaughterman, I have worked in England, Wales, France, Norway and Ireland. Since 2000, I have been happy to work in the United States, where I have supported businesses as a Consultant, Manager and negotiator.

Awarded additional license to kill animals in non-slaughterhouse environment, including farms, transport etc. and carry a captive bolt gun.
Responsible for contingency planning, development of actual procedures and standards of slaughter in order to reduce contamination of workers and other livestock from infected animals.
This included disposal of carcasses, assuming responsibility to work with designated slaughter plants operational only for this disposal, all within total confidence prior to the public being informed, in order that slaughter could commence immediately.
