Coordinate new customers delivery requirements into existing operation. Duties also include training new drivers on XATA net/ POD (driver logs), location of delivery routes and customer requirements. Participate in changes to annual evaluation process and procedures.

Responsible for inventory control. Supervised distribution employees and drivers. Prepared performance evaluations. Direct customer service contact for Value Link, which included participation in monthly meetings with customers. Coordinated movement of inventory and equipment into existing facility. Delivery Driver 1991 thru 1993

Delivered medical products to Presbyterian Dallas Hospital. Direct customer service contact for Value Link. Responsibilities also included picking, packing/preparing orders for delivery.
