WORK EXPERIENCE
1989/2000: Computer Operator - Grayhill Inc. - La Grange, Il.
Grayhill specialized in electronic operator interface solutions for applications in the agriculture, construction, defense aerospace, medical, automotive and electronic industries. During my employment with them I held the following positions, Operations Supervisor and Computer Operator.
SCOPE OF ASSIGNED DUTIES
• Oversee daily operations,responsible for scheduled processing and backups of CADAM, files, order entry processing, billing, plot processing, report distribution and computer operations.
1986/1989: Production Control Analyst - Automatic Data Processing- Oakbrook, Il.
During my employment with this company I advanced through positions starting from shift computer operator, shift lead operator, shift supervisor and ultimately attaining the position of Production Control Analyst.
SCOPE OF ASSIGNED DUTIES
• As a Product Control Analyst, I created and maintained all production job schedules for operations.
• Ensured that all production jobs were setup properly, processed on time and in proper sequence.
• Setup conversions for new clients and setup releases for proper applications.
• This summary encompasses all work related duties as they apply to the positions of Shift Supervisor, Lead Operator and Computer Operator and are as follows: Completion of production projects, problem determination and successful resolution, preparation of reports and microfiche to successfully to handed-off to couriers. Process bank applications – CLS, COD'S, DDA, FGL, ISL, MLS and SAV. In addition I conducted the training of other operators on banking and thrift systems.

During my employment with Danly, I progressed through a series of promotions to ultimately attain the position of Operations Supervisor within the Data Center. The scope of duties are as follows.
• Responsible for all production processing, problem determination and resolution.
• Shift processing and system back-ups, end of month processing for billing, VM and VSE back-ups.
• Processed daily billing and bill of materials for main locations and eleven branches.
