GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
1- From January 2004 to January 2005 working As a Q.C Engineer in the production of cast iron field making Chemical and micro structural analysis of the produced cast iron and follow up the result of Mechanical tests.
2- I worked as A Welding Inspector in DSD FERROMETALCO (From January 2005 till December 2006)
• Logging weld number and welder stamp, monitoring proper cleaning of welding joints before and after welding.
• Joint preparation, welding consumables, preheating, etc are accordance to WPS and project requirements.
• Radiography film review and witnessing of various sub-contractors NDT tests, Destructive test, Heat treatment etc.
Then, I worked as A Welding Engineer in DSD FERROMETALCO Company (From December 2006 till January 2008)
• Preparation of PQRs, WPSs, welding matrices and WPQ according to AWS D1.1, ASME IX, EN 15614-1, EN 15609-1 and EN 287-1.
• Set the welding sequence to reduce distortion.
• Perform consumable receiving inspection.
• Set procedures for PWHT & machine calibration and consumables Control.
Then, I worked as A Head of welding Dept. DSD FERROMETALCO Company (Belbeis) From January. 2008 till January 2009.
I was (Welding Coordinator of the company) responsible for all welding activities applying the procedures which control the workshop with (2 W.eng, 12 Inspectors, 12 Foremen and 500 welders)
E.g. Welding consumables, machines/ instruments calibration, and PWHT and welder qualification procedure plus issuing work instructions.
3- I am working as a QA/QC Welding Engineer in P.M.S (Petroleum Marine Service) Company from Feb. 2009. Till now
I work as a QA/QC Site Manager in some Projects of Oil, Natural Gas and to numerous Egyptian Companies such as (GUPCO, PETROBEL, GPC…, etc).
