Project Manager PG3 is a pre-cast structure and the second Design Built Parking Garage Project. With the same exact footprint of PG2, this structure was only four levels to lessen the building’s impact very near the Main Loop Road. At approximately 240,500 SF, PG3 was designed to hold 785 cars, has the newer digital security cameras, and was built in only 7 months.

Onsite Project Manager on a Concrete Pre-cast Parking Garage structure, six stories high with 1447 Parking Spaces. Directed a staff of 4 plus three Superintendents overall. Duties include maintaining RFI’s, Submittals, budgets, buy-outs and cost changes from various sub-contractors, as well as problem solving schedule issues. At the same period of time we cleared ground, relocated utilities and prepared for a seven story addition to the Courthouse Annex as well as a 4th floor renovation project listed below. The seven story addition bid out at 37M.

Onsite Engineer- Structures on a complex Concrete and Steel structure 7 stories high. The Building steps down the hill with a profile of one story on the top view. From the bottom looking up at seven stories high, and the 1200 person Concert Hall which has a wooden Hull simulating a ship. The other highlights of the structure contained, a 400 seat Theater and Two Studios with acoustic isolation. Duties include Submitting and communicating RFI’s, Submittals, and cost changes from various sub-contractors, as well as problem solving junction points where contractors conflicted.

Buffalo Life Science Complex

Onsite Engineer of a Two client, Two Building complex structure 5 stories high. One building was built for the University of Buffalo as a research center and the other was a fitted out as research lab space for Roswell Cancer Institute. As an engineer my duties included RFI requests, Change Cost Request, Shop Drawing Review, correcting and verify Cost Change Orders. Time on Project - 11 months

Onsite Project Manager of a Three phase project consisting of Three New additions (over 88,000 SF), minor renovations of a High School and an Elementary School. The 1930’s Middle School had an interior upgrade leaving interior corridors and exterior bearing walls.

As a Project Manager, I worked with the Architect and Owner on the Pre-Construction Phase, which included Estimating, Phasing, and Bid Preparation.

The School District desired to maintain all students within the School buildings during Renovations. This required a major phasing plan that included six phases for the Elementary School alone. The project was increased in size by 1.5M when the district received a grant from the First Tee program to add Artificial Turf to their football field.

Delhi Central School District

As a Project Manager, I worked with the Architect and Owner on the Pre-Construction Phase, which included Estimating, Phasing, and Bid Preparation.

The School District desired to maintain all students within the School buildings during Renovations and required a complex phasing plan with the major portion of renovations being in the Media Center located in a former courtyard of the Original building
