Supervises all Cubic / Omega Training Group, Inc. personnel assigned to team. Schedule units and individual personnel processing through SRP, set up appointments with units and coordinate SRP date. Prep Daily Schedules and Monthly Calendars for SRP, organize Unit Rosters and on a daily basis for units processing through SRP. Supervise the flow of personnel through all stations of the SRP. Verify all data and type any revisions, additions and deletions to their records and files in record of all the military and civilian personnel mobilizing/demobilizing that process, through the Deployment and Reconstitution Tracking Software (DARTS). Scan soldiers’ DD Form 8286-SGLV and DD Form 93 (Record of Emergency Data) onto iPERMS

(Personnel Electronic Records Management System). Also assist in maintaining accountability of records, and processing Transitions DD 214 when service members Demobilize. (Secret Clearance Qualified)
