Project Name : R&D on Nanoelectrnoics

Organization : CSIR-Central Road Research Institute Lab.

Designation : Electronic ASIC Design and R&D Engineer

Environment : Scan Electron Microscope, CNTs, Modelsim, Xilinx.

It is a Research. In this project carbon nano tubes (CNTs) and nano silica add with concrete and increase its capability.

Responsibilities:-

• Analyzed and reviewed functional overall design, technical overall designs and technical detailed design documents for better understanding of the Extensions and Interfaces.

• Compared and analyzed actual to expected results and reported all deviations for resolution.

• Write Review article on ‘how nano electronic help in road sector’.

• Hand the Scan electron microscope and CNTs.

• Design Specification, Behavioral and RTL Description of Nano Controller on CNTs.

• Participated in staff meetings and team meetings.

• Verilog, C++, C and VHDL Language are use during this project.

Project Name : Research on Design NEMS

Environment : Scan electron microscope, Modelsim, Xilinx.

In this project we use metallic or semiconductor properties of carbon nano tube to design NEMS Piezo Sensors.

Responsibilities:-

• Write review article on design NEMS. .

• Analyzed and reviewed functional overall design, technical overall designs and technical detailed design documents for better understanding of the Extensions and Interfaces.

• Compared and analyzed actual to expected results and reported all deviations for resolution.

• RTL, Behavioral Description and Design Specification of NEMS.

• ASIC Physical designs of chip main activities are Floor Planning, IR drop analysis, timing & SI closure, P&R extraction and clock design.

• RTL design of Controller on nano Polymers and CNTs.

• Chip Tape out.

• VMM, OVM, System and block level verification

• Front end of line (FEOL) and Back end of line (BEOL) Processing.

• Verilog and C++ Languages are used during this project.
