Presently working with M/s. SHAPES (Designers Point (I) Pvt Ltd. situated in Noida which is the largest and fully integrated garment manufacturer of the country and a gamut of premium essentials to the discerning buyers. A SHAPE is a product led company and this success has been achieved by knowing that for the success of marketing, an excellent product is essential. Therefore, stringent quality standards are maintained at all the stages of product development. Strict controls on quality, fabric, along with continuous R&D. Full-fledged production planning department for maintaining production and delivery schedules further ensure full capacity utilisation and best quality of the products.

Key Responsibilities Undertaken

Directly Reporting to Marketing Head.

Distributed key account sales reports by branch to region managers and senior staff and reviewed sales goals with region managers via telephone conferences.

Handling sales staff & tracking their sales figure.

Handling Distributor/Agent DSR & Account Ledger. Sending the same twice or thrice in a month and co-ordination with the agents/Distributor.

Maintain monthly, weekly & weekend report of all MBO & EBO parties. Tele Sales to the agents. (About business and their problems)

Handling Inter-departmental co-ordination and other secretarial services. & tracking sales officers Daily Report for b2b web online.

Sending important mailers to the branches and Agents.

Preparation of quotations according to the sales team requirement.

Maintaining Customer Purchase Order and executing in time.

Coordinating with accounts for generating Invoice against each purchase order.

Handling SIS & O/R parties ledger just likes as:-Shopper Stop, Ebony, Ritu Wear ,Reliance, Prateek & Lifestyle & Reconciliation yearly basis. Preparing Sales vs purchase report

Main Responsibility: - Sale management, Sales Team Management Warehouse Control, Dispatch Time sheet & implementation of credit policy of company & fund management, verification of records, Voucher entry, proper filling of reports MIS preparations.

Representative client list included- companies like Lifestyle, Shopper Stop, Ritu Wears, Chunmun, Ebony, Prateek Lifestyle, Pantaloon etc.

Cash & Bank Reconciliation on daily basis

Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.

Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.

Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.

Follow-up with parties of outstanding (Sending Reminder for Payment) & Supplier Payment.
