This year is my fourth year as a lawyer and paralegal.

as a lawyer and paralegal at the legal affairs of AL.CHE.MI. Joint stock company in Cairo – Egypt . The work was include:- litigation, corporate, commercial contracts, supply contracts, administrative contracts and contracts with governmental sectors, taxes matters, transactions with banks, Labour disputes.

December 2009 – December 2010.

as a lawyer and paralegal at Dr/ Fahad Al Thani law firm. Doha – Qatar. The work was include :- various matters litigation, Corporate, commercial, civil, criminal, labour, family.

My role was:-

-present the legal advice and legal opinion to the clients.

- drafting contracts in English and Arabic languages.

- translating the legal documents from English into Arabic and vise versa.

-Liaise with the governmental sectors.

- liaise to cases handlers.

Follow up the cases at the courts and report to the manager and senior consultants.

- Present the legal advise in some work matters.

- Negotiate in behalf of clients in some agreements.

- Visiting the public prosecution for the work purposes.
