1996-1998- Construction Manager- GSA negotiated term contract, Northern California. Projects include security upgrades at various government facilities, renovation of existing office and warehouse space and pistol range installations. Duties include overall contract administration, schedule analysis and change order negotiation. Provided cost and scheduling support for pre-construction services as required for various GSA projects. Developed data base for use managing GSA construction projects using Microsoft Access.

1991-1995- Construction Manager-Responsible for cost estimating and analysis on the Phillip Burton Federal Building and Courthouse (San Francisco, CA) a $100 million, 20-story asbestos abatement and renovation of occupied Federal Office Building and Courthouse. Estimated, analyzed and negotiated over $25 million in change orders. Coordinated estimating staff and developed computer systems for use managing GSA construction projects using Lotus 123.

1984-1987- Estimator- Cleveland, Ohio- Performed conceptual and hard bid estimating for commercial building projects including $150 million COBO Hall Renovation and Expansion-negotiated GMP, duties include pre-construction estimating and bid package preparation, Detroit MI, historic Palace Theater renovation, Cleveland, Ohio and $14 million Huron Road Hospital Surgery Addition. Preparation of scope of work and pricing for GMPs for negotiated contracts.

1982-1984- Field Engineer - Cleveland, Ohio- Performed assistant superintendent duties on $55 million,16 story downtown high rise office building. Duties included line and grade, daily reports and punch list administration.
