Machine shop for the Aerospace and Aircraft industries. Producing complex metal parts on 3 and 5 axis cnc machines. $12M Sales. P&L Responsibility.
Supplier Manager – Israel Aerospace International-North America. 2002 - 2008
Responsible for 30 suppliers producing products for military aircraft. Assisted many suppliers with quality, engineering and manufacturing issues. This included product from wiring harnesses to fuel tanks.
Quality Manager – STADCO. 2001-2002. Machining and fabrication of tooling and metal parts for the aerospace and aircraft industries.
General Manager – Spin Forge 1995 - 2001 Defense - manufacturing of rocket and missile casings.
Responsible for P&L with $8 million in sales annually.
Director of Quality - Norris Industries. 1980 -1995. A world leader in leader in the metal working industry that included forming, machining, heat treating and various metal coating applications. Norris was a very diversified company producing products ranging form automobile wheels to large caliber ammunition including rocket and missile casings. The facility included over 1.2 million square feet of manufacturing area. The capabilities were so inclusive that product never left for any outside work. $250 million annual sales.
