• Successfully launched $6M in platform upgrades in 2005, installing a best in class online support system designed to deflect ~400K calls per month.

• Leveraged Agile development to deliver $5M in savings by building online self serve functionality that reduced about 7M calls to the customer support center.

• Managed and lead transition of legacy hardware and architecture to a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform, that opened up new and significant revenue streams. An iterative incremental process (SCRUM) was deployed during various phases of this transition.

• Managed the redesign of a flagship product for a large ISP/communication and online content provider. Led a team of 15 plus direct reports to oversee project office compliance, software development life cycle process compliance, financial budgeting and oversight which helped senior executives take real time corrective actions on critical projects.

• Established a new Capability Maturity Model Level 3(CMM L3) compliant project management office (PMO) for a large corporation as an Engagement Manager, whose primary stakeholders were all of the C-level executives.

• Delivered on time and within budget an $8 million contract to custom build an Income Tax Portal for a state government agency ensuring CMM Level 3 compliance. Led an organizational and cultural change by coaching, effective communication, presentations and training.

• Customer facing Manager and Data/Web architect during implementation of B2B e-commerce site for a book distributor with annual sales of $2 billion. Reduced content review and publish time from 10 days to 2 days. Met the business driver/objective of increasing e-commerce ROI by 23%
