Roles and Responsibilities:

• Resolving day-to-day incidents raised by the end user meeting SLA.

• Configured release strategies for Purchase requisition for various departments.

• Scheduling and monitoring of batch jobs

• Monitoring and processing of Idocs

• Working with the Customer Service and Expeditors in day-to-day operations.

• Coordinating with Plant end users at multiple locations

Client : JAPFA COMFEED Limited

Roles : SAP MM Functional Consultant

Duration : May 2009 – jan2010.

Client Description:

JAPFA COMFEED is one of the largest and most integrated agri-food companies. Its core business activities include animal feed manufacturing, chicken breeding, poultry processing and aquaculture farming.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customization and define of new plants, storage location, purchase organization & their assignment

Maintain & Configuration of Material Master, Vendor Master, purchasing info record and source list

Configure terms of payment, price marking for vendors, document types and assign number ranges to all purchase documents.

Handle configuration of release strategy for Purchase Requisition, Quotation & Purchase Order.

Configure pricing procedure & MRP. Inventory Management & types of procurement.

Implementation of procurement processes with interfaces to FI module and integration.

Automatic determination of GL accounts, mapping valuation classes to GL accounts.

Carried out unit and integration Testing

Preparation of test scenarios and support during testing. End user training and documentation for power users and end-users.
