Excellent at extensive and complete drill title runsheets, curative title involving complex issues covering large tracts subjected to partition into numerous smaller tracts, and some issues dealing with NPRIs, stipulations of interest, affidavits of history, use, possession and non-production, affidavits of adverse possession, and affidavits of heirship.
