Title: Consultant / Representative.

• Helping companies restructure their corporate loan portfolio, manage and follow up on a

portfolio of ongoing projects, including human, financial and technological resources.

BANCO DE CREDITO, S.A. (Guatemala, Guatemala) 2011 – Dec 2011

Title: Loan Manager.

• Manage and complete all applications according to establish policies and procedures and

prepare accurate documents for all applications.

• Pre-approving small operations, analyzing major loans or lines of credit to be presented to a

Loan or Credit Committee and weekly presentations to the Board of Directors.

Title: Consultant / Representative responsible for developing and executing business strategies to

expand business lines in Central American markets.

• Conducting meetings with consulting partners helping companies restructure their corporate

loan portfolio, manage and follow up on a portfolio of ongoing projects, including human,

financial and technological resources;

• For a public trade pharmaceutical company in Florida, I was hire to locate and identify mayor

distributors in Central America to represent company products in each of these markets. For

an international energy also based in Florida I was responsible for developing and executing

business strategies to expand business lines in Central American markets.

UBS AG. (Panama, Rep. of Panama) 2007 – May 2008 Title :

Associate Director managing a portfolio of US$50 million advising clients regarding the advantages

and disadvantages of different investment strategies.

• Daily review of major clients’ portfolios, advising clients of major opportunities or possible risks

that affected their specific investor profile;

• Designing strategies to present to prospective clients to achieve their long-term financial goals .

• Reviewing financial reports from accountants coordinated with teams and maintained records

reviewing daily activities in regards of accounts receivable and accounts payable;

• Coordinated with Program Manager and ensured records for all expenditures incurred;

bankers from USA, UK, Germany, Italy and Central American;

• Elaborating and reporting daily activities report to our home office in New York.

• Overhauled the complete corporate loan portfolio, such that in a period of 5 year I achieved a

net saving on interest of more than US$700,000 per year, for a loan portfolio exceeding US$20

million;

the restructured loan portfolio, the company successfully achieved a net gain of US$25 million;

turning from a negative US$15 million in equity to a positive US$10 in only 4 years.

Title: Chief Financial Officer - Total responsibility for all financial aspects of the institution.
