Negotiated schedules and budgets for planned work, including new Request for Proposals (RFPs) and assigned resources to support all software development and other consulting services projects. As the Integration and Documentation Manager for the Traveler Information system, managed the software integration, and system acceptance testing processes for each respective effort. Responsible for the development of test plans and test procedures for each subsystem, executing tests on the various components of the software and documenting and tracking results in the bug tracking system. This project was composed of three major subsystems, each having its own functional lead to manage its software development activities.

Other duties entailed the coordination and approval of input for and production of the IEN User’s Manual and system support documentation; acting as liaison between the customer and the I-95 NEC’s management and technical development staffs; collecting users’ suggestions and identifying areas for improvement within the IEN system; leading the functional definition of the TMC-to-TMC Message Set for the system; participating in the implementation of new IEN sites; installing new hardware and software; conducting user training on new IEN software releases; and monitoring daily activities of the production system.
