As Manager of Process Engineering, Testing, Training and Systems Support (PETS), managed the quality assurance, integration and systems testing, technical documentation, training, and configuration management resources and tasks. Negotiated schedules and budgets for planned work, including new Request for Proposals (RFPs) and assigned resources to support all software development and other consulting services projects. Conducted internal project audits and reviewed audit results on a regular basis to ensure that the projects were being executed in conformance with defined processes. Held collateral responsibilities and played an active role in the development and delivery of work on projects and served in various management roles such as Software Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Integration Test Manager, System Test Manager, and Documentation Manager.

Quality Assurance Manager March 2008 – October 2008

Responsible for the development of test plans and test procedures for each subsystem, executing tests on the various components of the software and documenting and tracking results in the bug tracking system. This project was composed of three major subsystems, each having its own functional lead to manage its software development activities.

As Quality Assurance Manager for the TRANSMIT Expansion project, responsible for managing the configuration process, monitoring the software build environment, and developing the software build schedule. Managed the software testing effort, including the development of test plans for Transmit, executing tests on the Transmit server, and documenting results in the software bug tracking system. Other duties included managing resources, developing quality assurance and test schedules, and conducting project audits.
