Customer service experience:

****-**** ****** **** **** in Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC) as an associate after Hurricane's IVAN and KATRINA. Interviewed more than 400 victims (logged) walking them through their recovery process.

1996- 2012 Semi-retired. Took early retirement with Nuclear Company. Dealt with all levels of society as a part-time Taxi driver. (There are no nuclear plants were we chose to live but it was interesting dealing with the public.)
