Procurement
First off I worked for both Classic fruit and Southern Specialties at this particular time, I had never worked with melons before and classic was providing me that opportunity. Hence why I decided to work both jobs.
QA around 5 -8 containers a day, arriving from the Ports.
The job required me to scale pallets and test multiple pieces from each lot to require the proper sugars and Brix.
Submit daily reports.
