• Led business subject matter experts (SME’s) to launch a new Global Contract Management Process, aligned team members with priorities and others related to project, and launched new program across all regions.

• Outsourced Energy services management, reduced internal headcount, implemented efficient purchasing practices.

Supplier Sourcing, Negotiating and Supplier Management

• Developed 2 new Master Agreements for Graphic and Structural Design to incorporate requirements for Intellectual Property, and Warranties specific to Design Agencies and the work they do.

• Led dispute resolution on various issues relating to contracts and external partner work at Kraft.

• Facilitated team that included Kraft Legal and outside counsel as a Consultant to standardize procurement contract language and to streamline contract from thousands of clauses to hundreds.

• Negotiated and managed Kraft’s first-ever energy services Management Company contract with Duke Solutions for the procurement of $150 million in annual energy services.

• Led strategy development, contract negotiations for first out sourced energy services agreement.

• Established and managed relationships with hundreds of utility suppliers and developed strategy and transitioned management to a new Energy Services supplier.

• Initiated process for outsource supplier to negotiate with utilities and commodity providers on Kraft’s behalf.

• Analyzed opportunities for cost-savings as a result of electricity market deregulation.

• Developed category purchasing strategies, organized competitive bid processes, negotiated contracts, and performed risk management/hedging using heating oil futures to manage risk in the purchase of fuel for the Kraft private fleet.

• Developed strategy for both supply and lease agreement in the negotiations for a $20 million Coffee Silo.

• Packaging & Ingredients Procurement – Developed strategies, conducted bids, negotiated agreements and managed suppliers in the Rigid, Folding Cartons and Flexible Film areas.
