Privately owned Land Development Consulting firm, founded to deliver Value Added Service for long time clients in the Commercial, Industrial, and Residential development business.
• Created economic feasibility for a project by dramatically improving the project access points to a $150M industrial complex, by successfully negotiating with FDOT to redefine the projects access points, while the state roadway project was already under construction.
• Significantly augmented the value of a retail shopping center by creating a $3M out-parcel on the sites’ major corner. This was achieved by relocating the pond in that corner, redesigning the parking layout, and devising a new storm water management system.
• Increased site plan square footage by 10% from 305,000 to 339,000 by redesigning an industrial complex site plan.
• Saved a client $50,000 by redesigning a site plan so that we could utilize existing utilities on a redevelopment site.
• Created a viable project by achieving permit approval for a $100M industrial complex where the county required positive drainage outfall. No positive outfall existed. Proved to the county that the project could stand alone through ground infiltration.
• Devised an unconventional storm water management system, which established sufficient project area for a proposed teaching hospital at the Florida Atlantic University campus.
• Led multiple discipline design teams through numerous projects from concept through construction completion.
